Attentive Care Service Agency, Inc., (ACSA) provides home care services to clients throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Our staff includes qualified, licensed nurses, and Direct Care Workers to provide a safe and secure environment for our clients.

We provide individualized care plans to meet each clients’ needs to assist them with the activities of daily living. We document each visit and conduct monthly follow-up visits to ensure our clients’ needs are being met according to their care plan.

The need for properly trained employees is essential for quality home care. If you currently have a caregiver, we welcome them to our team. We provide focused safety precautions, prioritized responsibilities, skilled employees, and monthly healthcare information to our clients. In return, our clients will have the benefit of reduced hospital admissions, limited infections, comfort, and reassurance while receiving attentive care.

When your loved one becomes a part of our care team, we conduct a home visit. During the home visit, we will identify the client’s needs and perform an initial general physical and comprehensive assessment. In addition, ACSA will perform personality evaluations of the client and the family to ensure we assign a caregiver who will provide exceptional service. We provide caregivers that are committed to working approved hours, the necessary paperwork for documentation, emergency services, and a folder for the home detailing all care performed per shift.
